1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of AD Devvs’ delivery services and website. By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services
- AD Devvs provides courier and parcel delivery services across Australia.
- Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances.
- We reserve the right to refuse delivery of prohibited, illegal, or unsafe goods.
3. Customers’ Responsibilities
- Provide accurate sender and recipient details.
- Ensure parcels are packaged securely and in compliance with our safety guidelines.
- Pay delivery charges as agreed at the time of booking on website.
4. Workers & Employment Model
- Shaters (Permanent Employees):Shaters are long-term employees of AD Devvs, engaged in managing, coordinating, and supporting delivery operations.
- Drivers (Temporary Workers):Drivers are engaged on a flexible basis, choosing their working days. Payment is calculated on a per-parcel delivery count basis. Drivers are responsible for performing safe and timely deliveries.
- AD Devvs reserves the right to update payment structures, working conditions, and policies, with notice.
5. Liability
- We take reasonable care in handling deliveries but are not liable for loss or damage arising from incorrect information, poor packaging, or events outside our control (e.g., accidents, natural disasters, strikes).
- Our liability for lost or damaged parcels is limited to the declared value of the goods, subject to applicable laws.
6. Website Use
- Users must not misuse the website (hacking, data scraping, etc.).
- All website content is the property of AD Devvs and cannot be copied without permission
7. Termination
- We may suspend or terminate services if these Terms are violated.
8. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
